Ⅱ.Extraordinary features of RG200-2 made by Ruiguang:

1. RG200-2 brick making machine is a new type of high pressure Non-burnt machine,it can produce bricks with low cost, high-intensity and high-quality.

2.mechanical vibration,double-sided press,good quality, non-sticky mold or non-stop mold .

3. Airtight drive motor, easy operation, easy maintenance.

4. Mainly produce solid standard brick, by changing mold, it can also make blind hole bricks,perforated bricks and etc.


5.This machine was added vibration pressure exhaust structure , forced feeding structure, have advantages of small power, high forming pressure, enough and even feeding, high density etc.

6.No need pallets, palletizing directly; Highly automation,low investment, easy installation, low failure rate, high capacity, small footprint, short construction period, less production personnel, fast return on investment, high economic efficiency.


Ⅲ.Production process:


1, crushing: the raw material to be grinded by grinding mill.

2,.Screening: The particle size should be (0-3) mm after crushing.

3.Mixing: Blending the crushed materials evenly.

4.Rolling: stirring raw materials delivered to the rolling mill, grind the materials evenly.

5.Moulding: Convey the materials into brick press machine and can be pressed into a brick.

6.Curing: stack the bricks and cure the bricks with water after 24 hours, three times a day in spring and five times a day in summer, after 21 days bricks can be applied for final use.

Ⅳ.Main materials

1,Fly ash, slag, rock flour, river sand, mineral waste,coal gangue, weathered granite, construction & industrial waste and etc.


2,Red soils,clay,sand oil which contains 60%-70% sand.(Add small amount cement,lime and chemical additives.)

Ⅶ.Usage introduction:

1.Always keep the machine clean, Clear the waste, greasy dirt on the machine, and scrub the outer surface .

2. Check and adjust the gap of various parts of the machine, to ensure the normal production .

3 .The various parts should do rust protection if the machine needs long-term storage, and check the condition every three months, use gasoline clean and re-oil the machine before reusing it.

4.Easily wearing parts should be replaced when affect the normal work of the brick machine .

5. Small check and repair every 6 months and big check and repair every 12 month for the machine should be taken after the machine go into production.
